Who gets the benefits of the Dear Daughter Yojana?
- Daughters born after 02.08.2019 get the benefit of the scheme.
- All the daughters of the first 3 children of the couple get the benefit of the scheme.
- In some cases even if more than 1 daughter is born in the family at the time of second/third delivery and the couple has more than 3 daughters, all the daughters get benefit of the scheme.
- As per the provisions of the resolution regarding income limit, the combined annual income limit of the parents for availing the scheme is Rs. 2,00,000 (two lakhs) or less.
- You must be a citizen of Gujarat to avail the scheme.
- It is mandatory to have a bank account to avail the scheme.

Purpose of Vahli Dikri Yojana 2023
The main objective of the Dear Daughter Yojana launched by the Government of Gujarat is to provide education to all the daughters in Gujarat and to provide financial support to them during their early marriage.
- First Installment – Girls on admission to first class Rs. 4,000 will be received.
- Second Installment – Daughters on admission to Class IX Rs. 6000 will be obtained.
- Last Installment – Daughters will get total assistance of 1,00,000 (one lakh) as her higher education or marriage assistance at the age of 18 years. (Daughter’s child should not be married)

The benefit of the beloved daughter scheme is that the daughter of Gujarat has been given financial assistance up to one lakh ten thousand rupees (1,10,000). Thus, the support provided to the daughter under this scheme has been given to the daughter in three installments.
First installment of Wali Daughter Sahay Yojana
When the daughter comes to get education in the first standard, she will get the first installment of four four rupees
Vali Dhoti Sahay Yojana second installment
6000 rupees will be available to the daughter under the Wahali Dhotti Yojana when she enters the ninth standard to receive education to avail the benefit of this scheme.
Wahali Dhoti Sahay Yojana Third Installment (Last Installment)
Under this scheme, when the daughter reaches the age of 18 years, she will be eligible to get one lakh rupees assistance from the Gujarat government as higher education or marriage assistance, but the daughter should be married as a child.
