Farmers are eagerly waiting for the 14th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, which was started with the aim of making the farmers financially strong, the central government sends six thousand rupees annually to the farmers’ account. This financial assistance is given to the farmers thrice in a year in installments of 2-2 thousand. Farmers have got the benefit of 13 installments so far. Now they are waiting for the 14th installment to come into the account.
When will the 14th installment of PM Kisan be released?
The 14th installment of PM Kisan may be released soon. It is being claimed in media reports that it can come by May 31. However, official information has not come about this.
EKYC of PM Kisan account is mandatory
To avail the benefits of the 14th installment, it is mandatory for the farmers to get their PM Kisan account eKYC done. This can be done by visiting CSC or through online mode. For the scheme, it is necessary for eligible farmers to get their PM Kisan account eKYC done as well as get their plots verified. If you have not got the plot verified, then you can get it done by going to the nearest agriculture office.

To know the status of the next installment, first of all visit the official website of PM Kisan at pmkisan.gov.in. Click on the Farmers Corner section here. After this click on Beneficiary Status. Then give the requested information. The status of the installment will be known.
